I’ve been doing some research, and the general consensus I’ve read is that homes with aerial photos as part of their listing sell quicker than those without. If I were a real estate agent, this would be a tool I’d want to utilize to it’s fullest potential to help increase the rate at which I sell homes.

Seeing something from the ground in part just wouldn’t be the same as seeing something in its totality from the air. I can see why aerial photography is a growing part of the real estate industry.
